Bonus Recess, Flashlight Construction, and December Madness!
Our leader of the week is sharing her poster with the class. Our class filled our put up jar. We spun the wheel and got an extra recess! Luckily, it was warm outside! Congratulations to our grit and kindness award recipients. In science, we are working in teams to design and construct a flashlight that turns on with a switch! Instead of March Madness, we had December Madness on Wednesday! Ask your 4th grader about it. Smiles before the music show on Wednesday! The Choraliers came to perform for the students of Kipling. My first kindergarten students at Kipling are seniors this year. It was great to see them all grown up! Mr. Schwartz and a few 5th graders came down to play a Hanukkah and Christmas song to the class! Congrats to our Grit and Kindness Award recipients.
