Bonus Recess, Flashlight Construction, and December Madness!

Our leader of the week is sharing her poster with the class.


Our class filled our put up jar.
We spun the wheel and got an extra recess!
Luckily, it was warm outside!

In science, we are working in teams to design and construct a flashlight 
that turns on with a switch!





Instead of March Madness, we had December Madness on Wednesday!
Ask your 4th grader about it.

The Choraliers came to perform for the students of Kipling.
My first kindergarten students at Kipling are seniors this year. 
It was great to see them all grown up!


Mr. Schwartz and a few 5th graders came down to play a Hanukkah and Christmas song to the class!


Congrats to our Grit and Kindness Award recipients.



We created special snowmen with our First Grade Buddies!
The kids had to answer specific questions about winter to determine different features for their snowmen.






















Flashlights are glowing in Room 44!
We worked in teams to design and construct flashlights that work with a switch.

Library Mystery, Power of Influence, and We Taped and Wrote on the TABLES!

We are busy solving clues in teams in the library figure out the mystery! Thanks to all of the volunteers for helping us tie-dye our shirts for field day! GO USA!!! Our leaders of the week are sharing their posters! We learned about the power of influence in Economics! We worked in teams to measure angles with protractors.
